You will need to call the hotel to
make a reservation. There are no online reservation options for us. Be
sure to mention you are from Alpha Association to get the discounted rate.
Price per room is $103.00 /night, rates are subject to the prevailing city and state taxes. Currently, taxes total 11% and are subject to change.
Rooms available at the discounted price until May 2nd, 2017 after which special rates are not guaranteed
Hotel check-in time is anytime after
3:00PM on the day of arrival. Check-out time is before 12:00PM on the day of
departure.
A number of king size rooms are
available as first come first serve, otherwise two double bed rooms will be
reserved. We blocked 30 rooms for Wednesday and 40 rooms for the remainder of
our stay. so that should be adequate.
The special discount rate is guaranteed from Wednesday May 31st through Sunday. If you want to remain at the hotel longer at the discounted rate, you will need to book through Diane Heshizer, the Director of Sales.
